1. Segregated Client Accounts
All client funds at NobuFX are held in segregated accounts, completely separate from the company's operating capital. This means your money belongs to you and cannot be used by NobuFX for any business operations.
In the unlikely event that NobuFX faces financial difficulties, your funds remain protected and cannot be claimed by creditors of the company.
2. Banking Partners
We partner with reputable banking institutions to safeguard client deposits. Our banking partners are vetted for financial stability, regulatory compliance, and security standards.
3. Negative Balance Protection
We provide negative balance protection on most account types. This means that even in extreme market conditions, you cannot lose more than the funds you have deposited. Your account balance can never go below zero.
4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
NobuFX strictly adheres to anti-money laundering regulations. We verify the identity of all clients through our KYC process and monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made from accounts in your name only. Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited.
5. Encryption and Security
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by major banks. This ensures that your personal and financial information cannot be intercepted by unauthorized parties.
6. Two-Factor Authentication
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security. This prevents unauthorized access even if your password is compromised.
7. Withdrawal Verification
All withdrawal requests undergo a verification process to ensure they are legitimate. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposits, in the name of the account holder.
