Fee Structure
Performance Fee
Set by each manager. Applied only to profits, never on losing periods. Calculated at the end of each reporting period.
Management Fee
Optional annual fee charged on AUM (assets under management). Some managers charge this; most do not. Stated in the fund profile.
NobuFX Platform Fee
NobuFX does not charge a platform fee on PAMM operations. Standard trading commissions ($3/lot) still apply to all trades.
Profit Distribution Methodology
Reporting Period End
At the close of each reporting period (weekly or monthly, defined by manager), all profits and losses are calculated.
Proportional Allocation
Profits and losses are distributed proportionally based on each investor's share of total fund equity at period start.
Performance Fee Deduction
If the fund is in profit for the period, the manager's performance fee is deducted from investor profit shares.
Balance Updated
Each investor's balance is updated with their net profit or loss after fees. The cycle then restarts for the next period.
Withdrawal Rules
- Investors may submit withdrawal requests only at the end of a reporting period.
- An investor can withdraw all or part of their investment at period end.
- Manager cannot withdraw their own capital while investor funds remain in the fund.
- Forced withdrawals (by the system) may occur if the fund hits the maximum drawdown limit.
- Withdrawals follow NobuFX standard withdrawal processing times (1 business day review).
- Partial withdrawals are subject to the same proportional performance fee as full withdrawals.
- If a manager closes the PAMM fund, all investor capital is returned after final fee settlement.
